The tech-savvy friend who sets it up and keeps it running.

Hi, I'm Kristin Winter.

I've spent more than 20 years building and leading enterprise software: the kind of systems large companies rely on to get the numbers right every time. Along the way I've moved a lot of messy data, connected a lot of systems that didn't want to talk to each other, and learned what makes software actually get used.

I also run a small maker business, so I know what it's like to juggle supplies, customers, and paperwork without an IT department.

Grove Technical Group brings that experience to small businesses. Instead of selling you a big software project, I start from an app that already works, shape it to how you do business, and stay on as your go-to person for keeping it running.

How I work

• Plain English. No jargon and no surprise invoices.
• Money first. If an app won't make or save you money, I'll tell you.
• In it for the long haul. Your app gets looked after month to month, not handed off and forgotten.
